This is all supposed to appeal to the youth demographic who either identify with lives falling apart, or get a kick out of watching those whose lives seem to be falling apart, who they can “relate” to cause they do young things.

The bread and butter of these is usually sex, violence and a heavy seasoning of profanity. Twenty five year old’s acting like five year old’s having temper tantrums but also lovers, is usually part of the unsavory stew. Add in a “shock the bourgeoisie” or else, the parent or monkey wild sensibility. Toss in a society becomes the victim plot and, vollå!
